 Payments can be made through various accepted modes, including online transfers, cheques, or other methods as agreed upon.

3. **GST (Goods and Services Tax):**
 GST is applicable to all fees charged by My Property Finder.
 The GST rate will be in accordance with the prevailing tax regulations at the time of the transaction.

4. **Client Responsibilities:**
 Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information related to their property or requirements.
 Clients must inform My Property Finder immediately of any changes in their property status or requirements.

5. **Confidentiality:**
 My Property Finder will treat all client information with the utmost confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive details without explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. **Termination of Services:**
 My Property Finder reserves the right to terminate services if a client is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent activities.

7. **Dispute Resolution:**
 In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve the matter through arbitration or other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

8. **Limitation of Liability:**
